Her nearly seven years in the psychology field have honed her skills in negotiation and resource integration, key to her distinctive leadership approach. Shixi’s unique team management philosophy centers on empowerment, cohesion, and strategic alignment, allowing her to build high-performance teams unified by shared goals and outcomes. Complementing these capabilities, her adaptability and quick grasp of emerging trends enable her to stay ahead in dynamic markets.
Since 2016, Shixi has been immersed in blockchain technology, exploring the potential of web3 and forging connections between web2 and web3 ecosystems. Born to a Chinese father and Filipino mother, Dar embodies the Minnan people’s relentless drive and resilience. Rather than relying on family background, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey early, achieving notable success through determination and innovation.
With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate management and marketing, Dar founded Mineski, Southeast Asia’s largest E-Sports group, in 2004, and continues to lead the company with his majority stake. Known for his bold vision and commitment to results, Dar has established a reputation for consistently delivering on ambitious promises. Beyond Mineski, he has strategically invested in over 100 local milk tea outlets positioned near Mineski's internet cafés, leveraging the synergy between internet café services and E-Sports tournaments to create a unique and successful business model.
Dar’s diverse portfolio spans various industries across Southeast Asia. In 2020, he pioneered new concepts in the dining sector, including the launch of Chicken Chingu, a popular restaurant chain. Additionally, he has founded multiple successful ventures, including PPGL, GG Truck, Slash, FANZONE Annex, MineskiTV, and MGAMES. Driven by an expansive vision, his ultimate aim is to establish the world’s largest alliance of international sales agencies, harnessing his extensive experience and unyielding entrepreneurial spirit.
