Shixi Lin has worked in investment, business incubation and international trade. She has an EMBA background and has served as chief executive of three companies. She focuses on strategic positioning for brands and businesses, using market insight to support sustainable growth.
Since 2016, she has continued to explore blockchain technology and the potential of Web3, with an interest in connections between Web2 and Web3 ecosystems and in bringing emerging technology into business practice.
Full biography
Nearly seven years of experience in the field of psychology have strengthened her negotiation skills and ability to bring resources together. Her approach to team management centres on empowerment, cohesion and strategic alignment, with an emphasis on shared goals and results, adaptability and an understanding of emerging trends.
Her interest in a holistic perspective extends to the study of esotericism and theosophy. She draws on Zen and Taoist philosophy in her thinking about business and management, seeking a balance between strategic judgement and philosophical depth.
Through extensive travel and international trade, she has developed a cross-cultural understanding of global market shifts and trends across industries. She is skilled at building strategic relationships across functions and coordinating diverse stakeholders to achieve tangible results.
